RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of the delivery date.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, [Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings] are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. Items marked "Final Sale" are also ineligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Approval: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

Ship It Back: Securely package your items and ship them to us. Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
3. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Initial shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Processing

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
